What is the Repair Bonus?
It’s a financial incentive that encourages consumers to repair their clothing, household linen and footwear when they are damaged, worn out or torn. The goal? To delay the moment when these items would become waste.
Your customers can benefit from cumulative discounts ranging from €6 to €25, applied directly at checkout. By giving your consumers the opportunity to repair their favorite articles, you build loyalty and drive foot traffic to your store. So don’t wait any longer to get certified?

How to get certified for the Repair Bonus?

Go to reparateur.refashion.fr
2.
Fill in all the required information
3.
Receive your certification as soon as your application is approved.
4.
Offer discounts to your consumers through the Repair Bonus
List of required documents
Company registration certificate (K-bis extract in France) within the last 3 months
available from infogreffe.fr (or RNE, CMA or Insee certificate)
Ursaff compliance certificate
to be found on urssaf.fr (the type of certificate may vary, depending on your legal status)
*Tax compliance certificate
available from the “Business” page of the impots.gouv.fr website or through your local tax office (S.I.E) - (this is not the same as the Urssaf tax certificate for micro-entrepreneurs)
If you are not subject to tax or are exempt from a certain type of tax, you must provide a tax exemption certificate issued by your local tax office (S.I.E).
Proof of expertise
attach a diploma from the Textile or Footwear Sector OR a detailed CV proving that you have at least three years of experience in the repair business.
Proof of activity 1
6 invoices for customer repairs (issued within the last 3 months)
ID document
passport or national ID card of the legal representative.
