It should be the first preferred option (for managing waste). Commonly referred to as “second-hand”, reuse aims to extend the lifespan of products through a variety of means.
Resale between private individuals or through brand stores, in used clothes shops, charity stores or via digital platforms... A growing number of options are available to people looking for second-hand articles.
In 2024, 58.6% of textiles and footwear collected and sorted were considered to be suitable for reuse.

We are sending out Calls for Projects to extend the lifespan of textiles and footwear and develop reconditioning (cleaning, stain removal, repair).
The first step is to sort used clothing and footwear and to develop the collection process in order to give products a second lease of life.
