All about repair

Integrating repair is a powerful lever for environmental impact and customer loyalty that shouldn’t be overlooked.

This way, you extend their lifespan, significantly reduce your overall carbon footprint, and build long-term customer loyalty. Are you ready to leverage this solution to enhance the value of your offerings over time? We are here to help you structure this approach.

Why include repair in your extra-financial reporting?

  • Repair  is a key driver of the circular economy. It is a strategic lever for resilient growth, robust extra-financial reporting, and regulatory anticipation.
  • Showcase the positive and measurable impact of your products, a crucial criterion for the environmental aspect of double materiality, and seize the opportunity to improve your social performance through job creation in repair-related professions. Meet the growing expectations of consumers, investors and institutions regarding the circular economy.

Strengthen your materiality analysis and align with extra-financial reporting requirements (CSRD, VSME, etc.) on environmental and social aspects.

  • On the environmental side, repair service directly impacts  the use of virgin resources, product lifespan, and waste generation.
  • On the social side, repair service contributes to preserving technical skills, training in repair professions, job creation, and  skill development. It also benefits consumers’ purchasing power by offering alternatives to buying new produts.

Repair concretely enhances your sustainability performance with investors and other stakeholders by addressing risks related to obsolescence and dependence on virgin resources.
