The operational scheme
Are you looking to provide collection points for your customers or employees, without handling the logistics?
We have THE solution! The operational scheme is a turnkey solution where Refashion takes full control of all aspects: containers, logistics, communication, etc..

How does the operational scheme work?
This is one of our two collection schemes.
With this type of scheme, Refashion handles the entire collection process:
- Container supply;
- Logistics operations: container delivery, pick-up, container replacement, etc;
- On-demand pickups with a report on the tonnages collected;
- Development of communication tools to inform and raise awareness among employees and customers.
On your side
Select your required geographical coverage from the list of eligible areas (50 operational areas in 2025).
Then simply set up the containers supplied free of charge by Refashion and communicate on your new initiative. You can also develop your own containers at your own expense.
Last, decide whether you require regular or occasional pick-ups!
At the same time
It’s important to comply with the sorting instructions provided by Refashion.
But it’s easy! Simply collect clothing, household linen and footwear in the same container. Don’t worry about the condition of items, or the brand – we'll take anything!
It doesn’t matter if it’s torn, damaged or full of holes: nothing is thrown away, everything is collected !

your collection points appear on the Refashion map, viewed by thousands of consumers in France looking for a local drop-off point.
