Get involved in waste collection

Meet your waste responsibility by offering textile waste collection in your shops

44% of French people say they don't know where the collection points are in France, and are therefore turning away from sorting.

Consumers are looking for collection points that are accessible, and they prefer in-store collection because it's perceived as being more practical and rewarding. This is an opportunity for you to to meet your responsibility towards the waste you generate!

By offering in-store collection points, you can increase transparency, promote sorting and encourage your teams to work towards a circular approach.

By integrating collection into your customer circuit, you :

  • make it easier for your customers to drop off their clothes

  • reaffirm your commitment to a more responsible fashion

  • become a visible player in circular fashion, transforming today's waste into tomorrow's resources

  • contribute to the objectives of the textiles and footwear sector

1. Autonomous system

  • In compliance with the Refashion's sorting instructions, you are autonomous in selecting your service providers and setting up collection drop-off points.

  • You deploy drop-off points in your outlets and/or headquarters and accept collection of all worn and joint items (clothing, household linen and footwear).

  • You gain visibility by having your collection drop-off points referenced on the Refashion map.

  • Refashion provides financial support for sorting operations based on the volumes collected.

2. Operational system

  • Refashion takes charge of the entire process of all-state, joint or separate collection, from the provision of containers to the recovery of textiles.

  • You choose the geographical coverage among the eligible areas.

  • You install the containers supplied by Refashion or develop your own.

  • You gain visibility by having your drop-off points referenced on the Refashion map.

  • Refashion comes to collect the deposits at the request of your teams and ensures you a rigorous follow-up of the collected volumes.

  • Refashion supports you with communication tools to inform and raise awareness among your customers and compensates you for setting up the collection with €200 per outlet on the first collection.
