How to become certified

  3. 03Once certified, you can start offering the Repair Bonus to your customers.

Mandatory documents

Your K-bis extract must be dated within the last 3 months and can be downloaded from infogreffe.fr.
You may also provide an RNE extract, CMA document or INSEE certificate.

This document is available on urssaf.fr. Depending on your legal status, this may be either:
  • a certificate confirming that your account is up to date;
  • or a certificate confirming the submission of social security declarations.

This certificate is available:

  • from your “Professionals” area on the gouv.fr website;
  • or from your tax administration office.

This is not the Urssaf tax certificate for micro-entrepreneurs.
Supporting documents must correspond to the SIRET number of the company applying for certification.
If you are not subject to tax, or if you are exempt from a specific type of tax, you must provide a non-taxation certificate issued by your tax administration office.

Please provide either:
a diploma in the textile or footwear sector;
or a detailed CV proving at least 3 years of experience in repair.

Please provide 6 customer repair invoices dated within the last 3 months.

Please provide either:
  • 6 invoices for equipment or tools, with no date limit;
  • or 6 invoices for consumables dated within the last year.

Please provide a passport or national identity card, front and back, for the legal representative.

Please provide your bank details.
