In the case of local authorities responsible for waste treatment, at least 75% of the municipalities – or entities responsible for collection – need to have transferred this responsibility to their local authority.
As part of its new accreditation, Refashion has updated the agreement for the period 2023-2028. The updated document includes new support measures with, in particular financial aid for waste collection centres with voluntary drop-off points.
New communication media were introduced in 2023. The objective is clear: to raise awareness around sorting practices.
In 2024, this support was extended to help you convey key messages more effectively.

After signing the agreement, you will be able to declare the campaigns conducted in your area each year to raise public awareness. These campaigns may be eligible for financial support.
