Refashion approval agreement
The Refashion approval agreement gives you access to comprehensive support, a dedicated extranet and practical financial aid.

Who is eligible for accreditation?
Local authorities in France responsible for waste collection and/or treatment are eligible for accreditation.
In the case of local authorities responsible for waste treatment, at least 75% of the municipalities – or entities responsible for collection – need to have transferred this responsibility to their local authority.
Changes for the period 2023-2028
As part of its new accreditation, Refashion has updated the agreement for the period 2023-2028. The updated document includes new support measures with, in particular financial aid for waste collection centres with voluntary drop-off points.
New communication media were introduced in 2023. The objective is clear: to raise awareness around sorting practices.
In 2024, this support was extended to help you convey key messages more effectively.
How do I sign the Refashion approval agreement?
Here are the four steps to signing the Refashion approval agreement

Contact Refashion through the Territeo platform.

When your request has been approved, you can access the agreement.
3.
Sign the agreement directly online.
4.
Deploy and showcase your actions, with the support of Refashion.
After signing the agreement
After signing the agreement, you will be able to declare the campaigns conducted in your area each year to raise public awareness. These campaigns may be eligible for financial support.

Public players
If you are a public entity (Waste Observatory, ADEME, Regional Council, etc.) and would like to access key data concerning the Textiles and Footwear industry along with the tools provided by Refashion, please use the access request form.
