What are we talking about here?
A new framework for the period 2023-2028
As part of its accreditation for the period 2023-2028, Refashion is changing the way it works.
In order to meet its obligations, and in particular to collect 60% of all items placed on the market, Refashion began collecting and processing textile waste from used clothing, household linen and footwear in November 2024.
The purpose of the calls for tender is to select the operators who will support the eco-organism in its scope .
What do the different calls for tender involve?
In 2024, Refashion issued calls for tender for the three contracts below:
Collection and free pick-up services
Collection and free pick-up services of CHF waste, intermediate storage and shipment to a site designated by Refashion.
Massification and transfer services
Storage of used CHF to optimise the transfer of waste flows to processing sites.
Processing services
Purchase of CHF received for processing under the conditions set out in the bill of specifications.
En 2025, Refashion via une 2ième consultation pour les marchés de Collecte & Reprise et de Massification & Transfert, a étendu la couverture des prestations de Reprise sans frais et de Pourvoi à l’ensemble du territoire (hors Saint-Martin).
