Reuse Fund for Social and Solidarity Economy actors: two complementary schemes to develop reuse

The Refashion Reuse Fund is exclusively reserved for Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors.

It consists of two distinct schemes, each with a specific objective and operating method.

Traceability Support

What is this scheme for?

This scheme finances the acquisition and deployment of tools, systems and resources enabling SSE actors to measure and accurately trace the volumes of textiles and footwear collected and reused.

Who can benefit from it?

  • SSE reuse structures with a SIRET number or SSE network heads
  • Structures processing more than onetonneof incoming TLC for reuse

How does it work?

The support is calculated according to a flat-rate scale based on the tonnage of incoming TLC traced for reuse. The more volumes you trace, the greater the support.

Annual incoming quantity for reuse per SIRET number   <1t et <20t  ≥20t et <60t  ≥60t et <120t  ≥120t et <250t  ≥250t
Base amount (€)  1 000 €  2 250 €  4 500 €  9 000 €  13 500 €

for new agreement holders in 2025

Who can benefit from it?

  • Members and affiliates of SSE network heads involved in the sector
  • Independent structures canalsoapply to the Calls for Interest directly
  • The amountallocatedto each SSE network head is proportional to the estimated incoming tonnage for reuse declared each year

What types of projects are funded?

Call for Interest can finance 5 categories of actions:

  1. Refurbishing for second-hand (cleaning, stain removal, repair) & upcycling
  2. Sales improvement (commercial strategy, online resale, sales space improvements, pop-up/mobile shops (vans, etc...))
