All about the 2026 Edition of the Refashion Second Hand Call for Projects!

Refashion is relaunching its Second Hand Call for Projects for a 4th edition, to finance projects supporting the reuse of clothing textiles, household linen, and footwear (CHF) in France.

Three formats for all stages of developpement

Whatever the maturity of your project, the Second Hand Call for Project offers a format adapted to your situation.

  • To give a boost to your small-scale projects
  • Funding: €20,000 to €50,000
  • Duration: 12 months maximum

Development

  • To support your investment expenses and the acceleration of an already well-established project
  • Funding: €50,000 to €200,000

Refashion funds up to 50% of your project's total cost.

The 3 main missions of the 2026 edition

1. Help stakeholders optimize and streamline second-hand channels.

2. Develop volumes via the attractiveness of the second-hand offer.

3. Support scaling up and cooperation between stakeholders.

The actions we finance

The Refashion Second Hand Call for Project supports projects focusing on:

  • Traceability and flow optimization
  • Characterization, selection, and referencing of CHF
  • Logistics, storage, massification, and B2B technological solutions
